To source workers, we access our network of over 30,000 tradesmen and are continually adding workers as we take on additional customers. We take our vetting process very seriously; of all the candidates we screen, only 2-4% get through our process.
And we stand by our service. If you’re not happy with a worker we send you, you can send them home in the first 4 hours, and we’ll replace them at no cost to you.
