A family owned construction company that specializes in residential bathroom and kitchen remodels looking for a well-rounded journeyman carpenter (6+ years of exp.)

DUTIES:

• Demo
• Drywall patching and installation
• Painting
• Putting together and installing kitchen cabinets and counters
• Redoing trim on stairs
• Minor electrical
• Minor plumbing
• Tile (flooring & backsplash) installation
• Kitchen and bathroom remodel projects
• Cover driving area of Solano County and Contra Costa County

MUST HAVES:

• Must have experience in renovation and remodeling
• Able to work independently
• 6+ years of experience
• Reliable, show up on time every day
• Ability to read blueprints
• Own truck required to drive to work sites
• Strong customer facing skills & experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to operate skill saw, chop saw, tile saw, reciprocating saw, drills, nail guns
• PPE: Steel cap boots, gloves, safety glasses, earplugs
• Tools: Levels, tape measure, drill, nail bar, screwdrivers, framing hammer, square, etc

JOB DETAILS:

• $35 p/h
• Typical work week Monday - Friday , from 8:00am - 4:00pm
• This a long term position
• Mileage expenses b/w work sites covered
