We are looking for helpers to assist lead window installers in the installation process of premium windows for high end residential homes and commercial/retail sites. Job responsibilities will include moving materials from loading trucks, general cleaning, site prep, and assisting lead installers with various windows installs. We are seeking candidates with window caulking, flat bar, and impact driver skills. You need to be able to work well with others and be able to coordinate together on team lifts. 6+ months of experience with installing storefront windows is preferred. All applicants are expected to have a background in the construction industry. Professional home moving experience and window installing experience is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Requirements: Must have a vehicle Must be 50+ lbs on a regular basis Flat bar, impact driver PPE: Hard hat, steel cap boots Pay is $20/hr and payroll is weekly. Work is M - F with some Saturdays. Daily start time is between 6-7AM and end time is between 3-4PM.
Looking for journeymen-level painters (5+ yrs in the trade) with experience in both interior and exterior. Must be able to take a job from start to finish and have an understanding of how to address particular surfaces with the appropriate paint. Tools required. Pay is $30/ hr and payroll is weekly.

In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing trim/wood mouldings around windows and doors as the last step in the window and door installation process. Every morning, you will need to pick up materials at the warehouse for use on job sites during the day. Job sites will be in the Bay Area and will change from week to week.
