This project is an ADU garage conversion. We are seeking an Electrical sub THAT MUST HAVE WORKER'S COMPENSATION VISIBLE ON THE CSLB WEBSITE interested in performing work on this ADU conversion project which could help secure work in the near future. This project will serve as a prototype for an upcoming 5-unit ADU project and more ADU conversions to come after that. The job will involve you assessing the size of the panel and ensuring there are enough breakers, otherwise upgrading the existing panel or creating a subpanel. It involves full rough in, power and appliances - 5 items will require their own breakers. All material supplied by subcontractor except appliances and fixtures which will be provided by the company or owner. This job is being handled by Workyard's Contract Administration Team, so it is a great opportunity to prove your calibre and win more work on Workyard.
