General Contractor offering interior and exterior remodeling is looking to hire a Journeyman Painter in Orange County

Job Duties:

• Perform residential style painting on an 18 unit complex
• Interior work
• Prep work and drywall repairs
• Matching colors and textures
• Projects are 75% residential, 25% commercial

Must Have:

• 5+ years of residential painting
• Experience with both interior and exterior paint with interior and exterior painting
• Knows how to properly prep and mask off areas
• Expertise in various type of stains and finishes
• Reliable vehicle
• Basic Tools: buckets, brushes, rollers, drop box

Job Details:

• Rate: $25 to $27/hour
• Work Week: M to F from 8am to 4PM
• Overtime availability
• This is a long term position
