Painting and pressure washing company based in Orange County is hiring journeyman painters for residential projects.

DUTIES:

• Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments
• Interior and exterior wall painting and repair
• Door and window frame painting
• Ceiling grid and tile painting
• Bushing, rolling, taping, topping
• Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers
• Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers
• Comfortable interacting with the customer whenever necessary
• Cover driving area of Orange County

MUST HAVES:

• Experience with interior and exterior painting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knows how to properly prep and mask off areas
• Must be familiar with brushes and rollers as well as various spray machines
• Knowledgeable in different types of paint such as oil based and latex water based paint
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong customer facing skills & experience
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to operate spray machines
• Trucks with ladder racks preferred, w/ extension ladder but not needed.

JOB DETAILS:

• Rate: $25 p/h
• Typical work week M-F from 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm
• This project should last 4 weeks with opportunity for more work
• Mileage expenses covered.
• Overtime available
