High-end painting contractor looking for Journeyman Painter to do work in the Peninsula

DUTIES

• High-end residential remodel- Journeyman Painter capable of working independently.
• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Apply varnish and other finishes
• Cover driving area of peninsula down to South Bay

MUST HAVES

• Aptitude in using different brushes,sprayers, etc.
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable
• 3-5 years experience
• Bilingual preferred

JOB DETAILS

• Rate : $31 p/h
• Typical work week from 7 am - 3:30 pm
• This is a long term position
• Mileage expenses covered.
• Overtime available
