East bay property management and maintenance company is hiring journeyman painters.

DUTIES:

• Perform interior and exterior painting on high-end multi family units
• Prep work and drywall repairs
• Matching colors and textures
• Handle all setup and clean up duties
• Cover driving area of Walnut Creek, Concord

MUST HAVES:

• Experience with interior and exterior painting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knows how to properly prep and mask off areas
• Must be familiar with brushes and rollers as well as various spray machines
• Knowledgeable in different types of paint such as oil based and latex water based paint
• Expert in various type of stains and finishes
• 8+ years of painting experience
• Reliable, show up on time every day
• Own car required to drive to work sites
• Strong customer facing skills & experience
• Tools: Paint rollers & refills, drop cloth, paint tray, brushes, tape, ladders, etc.
• Ability to operate paint sprayer

JOB DETAILS:

• $30 - $32 p/h
• Typical work week 7:30am - 4pm
• This a long term position
• Mileage expenses covered
