We are looking for an painter who wants to do epoxy flooring with commercial and residential clients based out of San Jose.

JOB DUTIES:

• Install of interior/exterior epoxy flooring for the residential and commercial space
• Executing high quality floor work
• Independent & teamwork responsibilities
• Capable of taking direction to ensure job site success
• Work with generators, heavy concrete grinders and industrial size vacuums
• Maintain a company provided work truck
• Driving short and long distances to job sites
• Cover driving the bay area and occasionally further for special projects
• Compliance with employer & job site safety standards, (including
• COVID-19 protocols), company uniform and code of conduct policies

MUST HAVES:

• Painting experience
• Desire to get involved within the floor sealing industry
• Comfortable with working overtime and occasional Saturday work
• Excellent communication with management for real time job changes
• Professional and friendly demeanor with clients
• Be willing to work hard physically
• Clear driving record

JOB DETAILS:

• Rate: $23 p/h
• Typical work week M-F 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• Overtime can be common
• This is a long term role with the opportunity to advance your career in the trade
