A large property management group is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to assist with residential turnovers and maintenance.

DUTIES

• Turning units for new tenants
• Assisting with work orders
• Painting and drywall repair
• Fixing/installing light fixtures
• Installing new appliances
• Basic cleaning/ janitorial duties and upkeep of the grounds

MUST HAVES

• 2 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines
• Detailed-oriented and organized

JOB DETAILS

• Rate : $20 p/h
• Typical work week from 8 am - 4:30 pm
• This is a long term position
• Mileage expenses covered
