How it works

Step by step guide

STEP 1

Create account

Signup for a free trial

STEP 2

Connect Sage

Go to the Integrations page, click connect Sage 100 Contractor and log into Sage to allow Workyard to sync data.

STEP 3

Sync users

Navigate to the employees page, and click Import to sync employees, clients, jobs & cost codes from Sage to Workyard. You will be prompted to select which records you would like to be synced. You can also sync Jobs, Clients, and Cost Codes by following the same procedure on those respective pages.

STEP 4

Invite users

Add team members to your Workyard account so they can track time and fill timesheets.

STEP 5

Clock time

Your employees will be invited to download the app. Get you team clocking in and out every day to record time accurately.

STEP 6

Send time to Sage

Go to the Time Cards page, click Export. Next select the Pay Period you would like to export. All time cards broken down by job, phase, cost code will be electronically sent to Sage 100 Contractor.

What time data does Workyard send to Sage 100?

With just a few clicks Workyard sends populates the daily payroll time entry screen in Sage. Time data provided includes employee, date, hours, earn code, project, cost code, and phase if required.

Where do I access the timesheets in Sage 100 Contractor?

Timesheets exported from our system will be instantly available in Daily Timesheets module within Sage 100 Contractor (MasterBuilder). From there you can use those timesheets to run payroll, run job costing reports and also bill clients within Sage 100 Contractor.

Why do I need a Sage compatible time and attendance solution?

A Sage time and attendance solution is going to save you a lot of time by eliminating the need for double entry across multiple systems. For example, when running payroll, instead of having to manually data enter payroll hours for every employee into Sage, a Sage compatible time and attendance solution will automatically send the payroll entries to Sage with the click of a button.
