What It’s Like to Get Started With Jotform

I signed up using my Google account, which took roughly 10 seconds. No forced questionnaire that I had to fill out, as it just went straight into the platform.
The first thing I saw was a prompt inviting me to create my first form, with the choice to either use a prebuilt template or start from scratch. If you’re not ready yet, you can just close the prompt and explore the dashboard.
When starting from scratch, Jotform gives you two layout styles:

The Web App Experience
Jotform’s web app is clean, modern, and surprisingly flexible. I found using Jotform on a large screen easier, especially when building forms with lots of fields or logic.
You don’t need an account to start testing the builder, but if you want to save or publish your form, all it takes is an email and password.
Once logged in, you land in your Workspace, a centralized dashboard with all your forms, projects, and tools.
The layout is easy to navigate. Most of the screen is dedicated to your existing forms, and a big orange “+CREATE” button at the top left makes it clear where to begin. When you click it, you’ll see how much Jotform has expanded beyond basic online forms.
