How to Cancel ServiceTitan
To cancel your ServiceTitan subscription, first, export your customer data by logging in and accessing your customer list. Next, disable technician access by going to the Technicians section. Finally, send an email to billing@servicetitan.com, providing a 30-day notice for month-to-month plans, or inquire about potential fees if under contract.
How to Cancel ServiceTitan
To cancel your ServiceTitan subscription, follow these steps:
1. Export your customer data
- Log in to ServiceTitan
- Click on your customer list in the top right
- Filter the list as needed
- Export the contacts as a CSV file
2. Remove technician access
- Go to People > Technicians
- Disable the Enable Mobile Access toggle for each technician
3. Request cancellation
- The cancellation process depends on your subscription type:
- Month-to-month: Send an email to billing@servicetitan.com with 30 days notice
- Contract: Contact billing@servicetitan.com, but you may owe an early termination fee
Upon cancellation, your access to ServiceTitan and stored data will terminate. ServiceTitan provides limited 60-day access after cancellation to export data.
Additional Notes
- You can cancel customer memberships by setting a cancellation date
- To cancel a job, manage cancel reasons in Settings > Operations > Cancel and Hold
- Payments can be cancelled in Accounting > Payments
- To cancel a project, add a new job to the project, remove other jobs, then cancel the remaining job
- Inventory transactions can be cancelled in Inventory by selecting the transaction type
