How Can Photos Be Uploaded to Procore?

Uploading Photos via the Web
- Navigate to the Photos Tool: Access your project’s Photos tool within Procore.
- Choose Upload Method:
- Drag-and-Drop: Drag photos from your computer and drop them into the Procore interface.
- Select Photos: Click the Upload button, choose photos from your computer, and click Open.
- Fill Out Upload Details:
- A modal will appear for you to complete details such as:
- Date: Automatically set to the photo’s capture date or today’s date.
- Location: Select the associated location.
- Album: Choose an album for the photos.
- Trade: Assign a relevant trade.
- Private: Mark the photo as private if needed.
- Add to Daily Log: Option to include the photos in the Daily Log.
- A modal will appear for you to complete details such as:

- Click the Upload Photos button to finalize the upload.
Uploading Photos via Mobile (iOS)
- Open the Procore App: Go to the project’s Photos tool in the Procore app.
- Add Photos: Tap the plus icon and choose to take a new photo or select from the library.

- Upload: Tap Upload Photos to save them to the selected album.
