Yes, mHelpDesk includes a time clock feature through its Timesheets system, enabling employees to clock in/out via the mobile app.
mHelpDesk’s Timesheets feature is designed for field service businesses like HVAC or roofing professionals to simplify time tracking. Employees can clock in and out directly from their mobile devices, eliminating the need for trips to the office. The system also tracks GPS locations when employees clock in or out, providing visibility over their time and location across jobs. Office administrators can edit times and generate reports via the web app, which can be exported as CSV files for payroll processing.
To enable Timesheets, account admins can activate it under Settings > Add Ons > Timesheets in the mHelpDesk system. By default, all staff are granted clock-in/out capabilities, but admins can customize access per user. The feature is available on both Android and iOS apps, ensuring accessibility for field technicians.
