How to Cancel Hubstaff
To cancel your Hubstaff subscription, you can choose from three methods: via the Hubstaff website, email, or phone. Here’s how to do it:
1. Cancel via the Hubstaff Website
- Sign in to your Hubstaff account.
- Click on your organization’s name in the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Organizations” from the drop-down menu.
- Find the organization you wish to archive, and from the Actions menu, select Archive.
- Fill out the confirmation dialog with the reason for cancellation, and then click the Archive button. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the cancellation process is complete.
2. Cancel via Email
- Send an email to support@hubstaff.com with a request to cancel your subscription.
- Include your account details in the email, such as your organization’s name, billing address, and username to facilitate the process.
3. Cancel via Phone
- Call Hubstaff customer support at 773-860-4653.
- Request the cancellation of your subscription and provide the necessary account information to the representative.
Important Notes
- Archiving your organization will stop all billing and effectively cancel your subscription, but it will not delete your personal account or data.
- If you manage multiple organizations within Hubstaff, you will need to archive each one separately.
- After canceling your subscription, you might still receive updates from Hubstaff unless you also deactivate your account.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage and cancel your Hubstaff subscription. If you’re exploring other options for employee monitoring or time tracking, consider checking out our Timeero Review, employee monitoring software, or timesheet software for small business to find the best fit for your needs.
